Aside from the very pleasing outside look of the place, we chose this hotel for its location. It is near Museums, Malls and is also a walking distance from the Instagramma Walls. You can easily point out to jeepneys and trycs where you want to be dropped off by asking if it’s around the route of the Capitol, Museo Iloilo or The Atrium. The staff are also very friendly and the place is clean, we had dinner at their Wander House Café and we especially liked their Cucumber Lemon juice. We’ll definitely stay here again if we go back 😊

We liked the contemporary interiors. The rooms and common areas are well-maintained and clean. Staff are friendly, polite, courteous and attentive. We also liked that the hotel has a restaurant at the 2/F, for breakfast and dinner (we arrived late at night and managed to get dinner there before closing).

The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. It is conveniently located in front of SM Mall where we bought our souvenirs and ate our dinner.

As a solo female traveler , I LOVED the WHOLE package…location, safety, cleanliness, staff, food, facilities etc. I recently sold my parents beach front property outside Iloilo City & now found a new “home” away from home. I signed up to be part of Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo “frequent flyer” & recommend its facility. Keep up the GREAT job👍🏻

Perfect and very convenient location. This is my second time staying in Park Inn with my family. We don't need to go far since it is right next to SM City and close to restaurants. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Very comfortable rooms.

Breakfast ok…. We stay on this hotel in 2016,,, it was new that time. But this time,,( year 2023 ) , its beginning to be old .I mean the room were clean that year 2016. This time ( this year ) In our room theres a lot of small Ants running in the table & on the wall. We always close our baggage so that no ants will come on our dress. Its so pity. I really like this hotel but I think it needs more maintenance.

The front office staff were polite and accomodating. I requested for connecting rooms since we are travelling as a family with minors they were able to give to us which made our stay more comfortable and less hassle. The facilities were great, beds are good for sleeping and great breakfast. Staying at park inn is worth the price.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.

This place was awesome!!! Would definately stay again. Ryan, and Lucky were very hospitable as well as all of the staff!!!! Great service and Location, Thank you Park Inn!!!
