The room was comfortable and well decorated, everything was spotless and I slept very well. Vidal and Sonia were the most fantastic hosts. The highlight for me was getting to know them and their home. Vidal helped with mototaxi transfers to the other side of the island and Sonia cooked some glorious meals. They also brought a portable heater in case I got cold. Amazing views. Truly a wonderful place - I would highly recommend.

El Wisny Backpackers Inn ofrece alojamiento en Puno con vistas fantásticas al lago Titicaca. La terminal de autobuses está a 7 minutos en coche. When we arrived there was no vacancy, however the staff was extremely helpful and kind to make us comfortable and prepare a beautiful room for us for an excellent price during the festivities of the Candelaria, which is like carneval . They exceeded our expectation in every way. I highly recommend the place! Breakfast was also very good: bread buns, jam, butter, hot water to prepare tea or coffee, and fresh juice if you order...scrambled eggs...jummy!
