The hotel is very close to the ocean, so I could watch the sun rise every morning. Also, Pubs and Restaurants are very close, serving the most delicious breakfasts and Dinners. The Garden of the Hotel was a great, beautiful surprise to me. Birds singing was part of that paradise experience.
Good spot to stay for the Hokianga. Close to the pub and other amenities. Dinner.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast and dinner choices were fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way possible. The view on level 4 from our room of the bay was stunning. The room had all the facilities we needed and was a short walk to the town centre. The spa facilities were also amazing. We were given a 15% discount for the spa unpon check-in.

The apartment was fabulous. Comfy beds and great space for a family of 4. We loved being able to walk to the tavern for dinner!
Andy was an exceptional host who served an excellent breakfast and dinner -- we would recommend ordering dinner. The facilities more than met our expectations while the location was stunning, set amid an orchard in a historic area of Whangarei Heads with its volcanic stone walls and rustic fences. We only wish that we could have stayed longer.
