Lovely spacious rooms in the coach house next to the ‘palace’. Clean with a great bathroom. Flexible accommodation- dogs allowed. Fantastic restaurant for breakfast and snacks and dinner (they probably do lunch too). Near Leiden but not walking distance

We liked everything. Excellent hotel with access to a gym, Finnish and Turkish saunas and a swimming pool. Repairs are underway in one part of the premises, but this did not bother us at all. Good cleaning and very friendly staff (I think they are Ukrainians). We really liked it. Wonderful hotel!

We had such a amazing stay at Alexander Hotel. The rooms were very good, clean and well equipped. All the staff members were very friendly, helpful and everybody understood the meaning of hospitality. We really felt at home! The first evening we had an amazing dinner at Dylans, the second day with enjoyed our Kingsize Sun Lounger at the beach arranged by the hotel and our dinner by sun down at Alexander Beach Club. Picture perfect! It was very nice to use Azzurro’s training facilities during our stay! We will definitely come back!

The staff were very caring and attentive. We had a booking at another hotel and when we arrived there was no reservation for us so it was super disappointing and upsetting. We then booked Postillion Hotel Dordrecht and had great service, lovely dinner in the hotel and good night's stay.

This hotel is particular in the sense that it floats in a canal. Rooms are in the "basement" with view on the the waterline. I particularly liked the dinner restaurant with its gourmet menu. The cuisine is top class and worth the trip to Rotterdam.

The dinner and the kindness of the staff.

We loved the location (close to the central station and within walking distance from the centre). We also liked the room which was clean and spacious. I should mention that we had a certain "inneficiency" when arriving (the second bed was not prepared), but this was quickly solved with one call to the reception - so in the end there was nothing to complain about.

Breakfast buffet was fine but, as pensioners, we were astonished the the buffet closed at 09 00 ! Staff allowed us to eat but only the cold buffet i.e cooked eggs, bacon etc. Seems you are geared only for business guests and not for holidaymakers, tourists etc ? Re 2 nights dinner: first night filled with loud construction workers, with immigrant staff speaking little or no Dutch and only sone broken English,; 2nd evening, a charming and efficient young Dutch waitress which made a lot of difference. Food, itself, was plentiful and fine.
