All rooms in the inn are fitted with a coffee machine. Featuring a shared bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, rooms at ROOM303 - Eindhoven - By T&S also feature a city view. At the accommodation the rooms include bed linen and towels. It was everything clean and there was even a coffee machine and tea machine. And plates and everything. There was a fridge and the bathroom is inside of the room except the toilet. It was amazing.
We were a group of 9 people, had enough space for everyone. Great outdoor space for dinner and relaxing. Anneke was very helpful and gave us clear instructions.
The staff were so lovely and spoke perfect English. The facilities were beautiful and we particularly liked breakfast and the leisure facilities. The gym had a trendy, modern but rustic style and the equipment exceeded my expectations if a hotel gym. My son is 5 and thought the bunk beds were awesome! He also loved the fresh orange juice machine and the wide variety of jam pumps at breakfast
A warm welcome when we arrived. Lovely bathroom with a shower and bath. Comfortable bed. Convenient terrace next to the room. Location was fantastic - the breakfast and dinner with drinks were delicious.

This guest house is a little gem. The house itself is so beautiful and the bed was so comfortable and cosy. The staff are lovely and the breakfast was delicious. I also really appreciated the staff flexibility for my late check-in. Initially I was concerned about the shared bathrooms/showers etc but having sinks and mirrors in the room makes a huge difference and the showers are labelled so you know which is yours and there is no queuing.
The location, the building, the room (although badly sound proofed). The dinner was excellent and value for money. Waitress (tall blonde from R'dam) was excellent. The bed was comfy, room very spacious. The breakfast food was nice.
