Quiet place in beautiful surroundings. Excellent breakfast! There's a small kitchen with coffee and tea making facilities and a refrigerator with drinks on the honor system. You can also place your own food/drinks in the refrigerator (label them!) We didn't take advantage of it, but the room where breakfast is served can also be used to hang out in case of bad weather. Very friendly hosts.

The hotel is in a great location and cute little town - we enjoyed dinner out in the main square.
Personnel was very friendly. Parking easy to find and reception was nice. Later had a dinner at restaurant. Was very tasty. Recommended!
The Ten Cate was a great stop off for our holiday. The staff were lovely helpful and very friendly, nothing too much trouble. They were very good with our big party of 10 people and managed to fit us in for dinner even though we had not booked. Thank you all very much. Hope we will see you again!

good dinner and good breakfast
The breakfast was excellent and very nice that you could choose from a menu at dinner when staying on half board basis. Very nice staff.
Everything. This place is simply amazing. We have visited many times and will return many more. The hotel is simply a beautiful piece of history that you can spend a few nights in, while enjoying amazing food and wine in the restaurant for dinner. The breakfast shouldn't be missed either.
Breakfast was very good. Also, the option to purchase "buffet dinners" was great as some of our group had dietary restrictions. The location of the hotel was close to the race track and it was within walking distance to town as well. We were very pleased with the pool at the hotel.
Super hotel with friendly staff. Great location close to Dwingelderveld National Park. Excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant.
