I stayed over for Christmas and was one of the two guests given the holiday. Despite that fact the service from the receptionist, manager and the restaurant personnel was beyond expectations. We were all watching a beautiful sunset over a delicious dinner.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Tenbergen Pension Hotel in Windhoek from July 31 to August 2, and it was indeed a remarkable experience. The hotel's charm and hospitality made my visit exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and elegantly furnished, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was amiable and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, Tenbergen Pension Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Windhoek.
We really liked the tents, you really get the feeling of staying in Africa. You can sit outside, really in nature. There is a nice path (next to tent 4) to the lodge, we walked there also at night. The lodge is nice, breakfast and dinner is buffet. The staff was very nice. It's a good place for a day trip to Sossusvlei and the Sesriem Canyon (they offer breakfast very early in the morning so that you can leave the place early enough)
The guest house was clean, breakfast was good and the receptionists Maria and Samira were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Perfect ending of our travel!! Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms with great view, delicious dinner and breakfast buffet!! Looking forward to our next stay :))
I felt very safe and secure here. The tent was nice and clean. The facilities were good and the restaurant bar is also great. Good location to some nice dinner spots and center of town.
Where was located was good close to Hilton restaurant and avanti across the road for sunset dinner. The staff downstairs were very helpful with getting taxi and other questions we had.
The rooms are basic but comfortable. What stood out was the beautiful surroundings and how friendly and helpful the staff were. The food was also absolutely devine. We were traveling with our busy body 3 year old, and the staff were so tolerable with him, entertaining him and keeping him busy while we were having dinner.
The general area was wonderful. Dinner was superb.
Good location to visit sites. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the two dinners we had at the Guest House.
