It's very near to the beach, room for 2 but big enough that they can provide an extra mattress for a 3rd person. Since we are on our short & budget anniversary trip, it was reallyyyy good for us. There is a restaurant just right in front of it (but we don't recommend going since it's pricey). The owner was fast in response too. Overall love it!
