At the accommodation every room has a seating area. The owners were very nice, they let me check-out later until my afternoon train ride and were very helpful with information. I think the room is nicer in person as well.

The location and the staff is super friendly. The lady from the restaurant was so lovely, I went with my boyfriend that is a bit picky eater and she gave him so many options and was very flexible to make him happy.

Breakfast was outstanding as was your wonderful staff however something you have no control over was partying on the street until 4:30 am.Not a quiet area if you want sleep.
The beach is only a few steps from hotel lobby. Loved the dinner menu. Not so much the lunch menu The rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was just right. We were able to have a late check-out for an additional $1,500 MXN
Restaurant closes very early. No dinner unless you eat at 5 PM. No bar also.
The food was very good and the staff were courteous and helpful. We really like the location. We have stayed at the Inn at Mazatlan in the past.
Clean, we made a mess going and coming back from the beach with sand all over. I was so embarrassed and worried they weren’t going to be able to clean our room. We went to eat and came back in less than 2 hours and it was super clean. Also the buffet was good for dinner and i loved the ocean view. My husband and kids loved the pool.
The front desk staff were consistently friendly and EXTREMELY helpful with all my questions regarding the area, buses, taxis, tours, etc and tech problems (my phone & lap top). I can not say enough about all of them! I would like to name names, but I do not want to miss someone! All the employees of the Park Inn were friendly, smiling, helpful and patient!

The location is great, hotel is not to big so service is more personalized. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but their lunch and dinner menu is a bit simple. Compatible with vegetarians and vegans upon request. They have 2x1 happy hour for cocktails from 3-4pm.
Good dinner in restaurant.
