At La Perle Noire - Auberge rooms have a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Dom was super helpful throughout our stay, we booked a snorkeling trip through the hotel which I would 100% recommend. Location is good, slightly out of downtown but easy to walk; some great food spots nearby. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a drink in the evening. They also had a bbq to use along with a kitchen and mini bar full of drinks for a good price.

The location is just in the Center but still quiet, the stuff is excellent and sweet, great shower with hot water, cute pool. very cool place to stay.

What a relaxing way to spend a week. Wake up in this mansion and head down to breakfast. The nice staff bring you fresh cut fruit and coffee as you wait and they prepare you choice of eggs. The location was hard to beat too. We walked to town most times. Not a short walk but do-able. After dinner we'd catch a taxi or tuk-tuk home. Many knew exactly where Villa Segovia was. If not - 45 and 11th works too.
Our stay at Landmark was magnificent. We stayed for a whole month due to an internship. Workers were really nice, and the owner of the apartment was fenomenal. She was really aware of us at all times, if we needed something she would take care of it. The best part of the day was to come back to the apartment. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and the money bar upfront is great for a nice dinner and snorkeling. I would definitely be back.
I like it to be close by to Supermarkets like Soriana, many Mexican Restaurants for breakfast and for Dinner. Beautiful Small tinny Hotel The lady in charge she check on us every day to see if everything was OK, I will be back and I will recomend any family and friends to stay here
Love and recommend to stay on this place, from beginning to end the way the host was following amazing, bigger than expected fit more than 6 person, the bikes I did not specked that this place had bikes for free ! Love that detail. Pool and installations ara amazing. Totally and blinded I will stay again there
Great view. Nice pool area and towel policy. Friendly and helpful reception. Fast and quiet elevators. Hot tub location. A very comfortable mattress. A tasty fish dinner. Quick hot water. Good value. Mostly great waiters. Cleanliness. Breakfast.
The Dinner & Breakfast was good , but not 5 Star for sure
This tiny, gated,rustic, gem is the perfect spot to relax and also access the Cozumel town and beaches in your hire car. Beautiful swimming pool and bird filled gardens, adequate kitchen, aircon, outdoor charcoal BBQ, bottled water. Hercules the wonder dog visited for snacks and pats and helped make our stay unforgettable.
We had some issues in the room but it was fixed and they gave us dinner to compensate.
The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The view while eating is beautiful and the location was easy to drive to from the airport. The bathroom shower was great lots of water pressure and looks like recently updated. Well worth checking out the Key Lime Pie house across the street, we shared a small pie. It was the BEST Key Lime Pie we have ever tasted. We walked over to the Hilton and had dinner on the terrace while watching the sunset.
The hotel was a little tired and could do with a revamp. I heard a lot of customers complain who had been there previously. Check in took forever and it seemed that they couldn’t cater for the amount of customers as they ran out of glasses and you would sometimes have to wait ages for a table for dinner. Nice location and beach was ok (though looked different to pictures). Staff were great and very friendly.
