Located within 1.4 km of Velika Plaza Beach and 29 km of Port of Bar, Rooms Ajllin provides rooms in Ulcinj. With a terrace, the 3-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Lake Skadar is 41 km from the inn. I had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy and comfortable, exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering great tips to help us explore the city. Highly recommend staying here!
It was so easy to meet people here. Everyone was so nice. A family hostel. Loved there was a pool. Loved the family dinner and sunset boat tours
Very welcoming owners in a small hotel providing an amazing breakfast. Copious amounts of food and a lot of variety, truly fantastic delicious home made products,. The view is amazing. On the First day we arrived, the owners proposed to make us dinner and it was also great and very affordable. They also gave us nice recommendations of places to visit around and restaurants. Depending on the time of the year you might get some algae but if you swim a bit further the sea is very clear.

They brought us bedside lamps and a second desk for work upon our request, that was really valuable. :) - A budget Apartment for a family or friends, with 2 bright and spacious separate rooms and 2 balconies. - Good location: supermarkets within 100 meters, excellent restaurants nearby, a 15-minute walk to the beginning of the Velika plaza, and a 10-minute drive to the main beach in Ulcinj.
The apartments are brand new, very comfortable and very well equipped. Stuff is extremely polite and helpful. Nice breakfast is included with a la cart option for lunch/dinner.
I like the dinner included in my booking. I also love the freedom of being nude at this property. The reception lady is very welcoming and helpful on my concerns.
The property is beautiful, the rooms so comfortable and the views incredible. The private beach access is so nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff so accommodating and offered recommendations and made reservations for dinner both nights.
Amazing view and you are right in the middle of nature. Very calming in the evening. Pool was nice, BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. Would definitely stay again. Reaching to the place for new drivers might be hard but if we made it there, you definitely can, the road is not that bad. There is no dinner (due to the season i guess) and no restaurants around but you can reach to restaurants with a 10 minute drive.
The owner is a very funny guy with a lot of British humour. He was always available for me and my mum and he even drove us -by car- back and forth to the beach. Very good breakfast and dinner, and very calm area. If you want to have a bit of peace and relax and not be in the crowd, you should book by Pasha Guest House! :)
