The spacious modern room with a big balcony overlooking the gulf of Kotor. The up-to date bathroom with stylish tiles. The restaurant where an excellent breakfast is served with everything you can wish for. We also ate dinner there which was very good. There is a pedestrian zone in front of the hotel so that there is no traffic. You can walk along the bay where there are other restaurants and beach bars. There is a small beach just opposite the hotel. You can park your car on site. The staff is very friendly.

There is a bus stop and some shops (not only food but smth like a small shopping mall) near the hotel. The room is small but has anything u need, like wardrobe, small table, bedside table, a/c. Balcony where u can have dinner. For the meal there is a shared kitchen. Shared bathroom was good. The host was very nice and hospitable. There is a nice garden and very cute cats.

The staffs are really nice , polite, friendly and being professional. We love the view from our room. And we enjoyed the food both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. I really recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff very friendly and very helpful nothing was a problem. Very interesting Kavkaz Restaurant downstairs. Tasty breakfast and dinner. I drank the best tea ever, calling Azerbaijan czaj amazing stuff. Also very nice and friendly young Azerbaijan waiter and amazing always friendly Stefka on reception. Very good place to stay. Comfortable beds, very good windows and air-conditioning system. Great views from balcony. Thanks again for all staff to make our holiday really nice.

Very friendly receptionist explained us all about the places to visit, where to park in the old town and gave us some dinner recommendations. Hotel is new and very clean and quiet. We stayed a night only. Price was good too. Happy to come back again.

Wonderful place, clean, beautiful, newly renovated, fantastic views from the balcony and restaurant terrace. Very friendly and helpful owners who were always there to help us and made us feel very welcomed. Loved the location as there was a nice and long promenade along the sea so we could walk anywhere not on the busy road. We were here in the beginning of June and the whole area was not full at all as it is not the season yet- highly recommend to anyone avoiding big crowds. Food was really good too!
