The room was excellent. For Dinner , Lunch and Breakfast buffets there were quite an extensive array of options available to choose. Overall quite good.
The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were excellent. There were many options for vegetarian dishes. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very friendly . Even if the pool was very crowded the staff handled it so well

A piece of heaven in the countryside of Sri Lanka. The villa is located inside a beautiful garden and just 10 min from the beach. The host will do everything to make you feel at home. I really appreciate that the host took me to visit the surrounding area free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan, Indian or Western food. For a very reasonable price, he also offers an excellent dinner. Thanks again :)
A rare find in Colombo suburbs located in the beachfront with good facilities along with rooms having a great sea view. I enjoyed the dinner, sandwiches and other short eats particularly. Very clean and spacious rooms. Overall, there is nothing bad to state about the experience. I would visit there again.

The area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. You can hear the waves crashing in the background. The bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and best part is the kind, helpful and caring staff. The owner had breakfast ready every morning and dinner at anytime you requested. Also spoke to my taxi driver for me to give directions which I would not have been able to do on my own. Thanks so much for all your hospitality:)
Stay was good. Ayurveda treatment was excellent! Buffet breakfast and dinner had lot of choices and was very good.
A lovely property by the beach. The Staff were very attentive and managed to arrange a last minute dinner. I loved the room and the furniture and especially the view. It was truly worth the price paid
Victor and his family made sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was big and very clean and comfortable. The whole guest house is beautiful and tidy, very welcoming. Victor was so enthusiastic and made us feel very at home. We had dinner at their cafe which was delicious. Thank you Victor, we hope to visit again!
