The best bed we have ever slept on. Mattress and bedding was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. Location is next to bus station and morning market easy to find and very central. Complementary breakfast and bottled water supplied by hotel.

great location but the building is really old
A lovely boutique style Hotel. Everything was great, breakfast, dinner, the pool, all were excellent. Helpful front of house staff, would quite happily stay here again.
Lovely hotel with a peaceful rooftop to watch the sunset and a quiet chill pool. Restaurant was very fairly priced for lunch and dinner- food and drink choices were great and breakfast was excellent with loads of choice.
I like the place and also it is so near to the Thai embassy easy for me to go there by walk, and the staff was so kind to all the guests, Thank you so much Miss Sarah I had a great time during my stay in Mabuhay guest house. -Jeho <3
Excellent onsite restaurant. Breakfast and dinners were really nice with good variety. Great pool. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff. The kids loved feeding the fish and hunting for frogs at night. Reasonably located and easy to organize transfers / van through reception.
Really nice hostel with cafe out front & inner courtyard. Private room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was good as was the restaurant dinner.
As the rooms are grouped around an inner courtyard (with pool), it is relatively quiet, despite the busy streets nearby. The bed was comfortable. The location is good (the river with many lively restaurants is not far away), and many interesting sites are walking distance away. Very friendly and helpful staff - couldn't do enough for you e.g. organising golf, transport food requests etc. Fantastic food - with good options breakfast through dinner. Although quite an old asset - this added to the colonial rustic charm and experience.
