A great 3 night stay! Very good location, really helpful staff too (we rented bikes and paid by card for the accommodation too). Would stay again and would recommend! Good aircon, close by restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner! 5 minute walk from where the boat drops you off.

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly, they had taken the time to put the aircon on before our arrival so that the room was fresh. We had breakfast there which was delicious and we are looking forward to trying dinner there when we return in a couple of nights

The owner runs the place by herself, assisted by some girls. She provides a good breakfast. Dinner was very nice as well. The doorlock appeared not to lock at all, so a change of room was offered and accepted. The rooms are very quiet, while the resort is just 'off the main road'.

3 bedrooms guesthouse facing west and offering beautiful sunsets from the private chair and hammocks each room has. Each room has a small bathroom with hot shower. Mosquito net provided for the bed. If you keep your door locked from beginning of sunset, there will be no mosquito in your room even though thete are some holes in the floorboard. Delicious food. We tried other restaurants nearby but the food at Namkong View was the best.

What I love the most was the kindness of the owner, Tina, and her professionality. She helped me in everything and arranged my trip to 4000 islands.She also cooked for me and she is extremely good in cooking.She speaks English really fluently. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was good and there was hot water. In this guest house I felt like to be at home.

Tina is a brilliant host. Great size rooms. Clean and comfortable. Lovely bread at breakfast and the rice soup was delicious. Tina is a fantastic cook, but be careful of her drinking games and the local rice wine at dinner.

This guesthouse is so absolutely great! Tina the owner is soooo nice! She will go 10000 extra miles to make your stay incredible! The room is very clean and nice! It’s fantastic to eat dinner with the family (Lao style) and you can also ask for breakfast! If you are a luxury hotel type, don’t go here! This is the real life and this lovely Famliy only needs the people who appreciate this! So go for Tina and Heaven guesthouse! Give her full star 🌟 on booking!!!!! She deserve 10 stars! Ngoc was the best hostess ever! She took care of all our travel requests, always had a smile and cooked delicious meals....all for a very reasonable price The guest house is in a quiet area

Tina speaks really good English, and she has been really helpful with everything, telling us what to visit, calling for us to rent a motorbike. Even when we had a problem with the motorbike (problem from the rental company, not from her) she helped us calling for us the renting company. The heaven guest house is basic but nice, she really cares about her clients. Air con perfectly working.
