After initially double booking our private pool room, the staff couldn't do enough to make up for it. They gave us a deluxe suite, discounted the room rate and gave us a free dinner. When we returned from Koh Rong Island they upgraded our room to the private pool room we booked the first time at no charge. Great rooms, great location and great staff.
Everything was perfect. Location, Decor of public rooms and bedroom, Staff Helpfulness, Quality of Food at breakfast and dinner and service in the Restaurant, Room confort and cleanliness, Swimming Pool and its facilities.
It's better, if the management increase the number of Halal food in breakfast and dinner as well.
An extremely clean hotel, whose rooms smelled beautifully. The room was spacious with all the amenities, it had a balcony where you could seat and relax. It was cleaned daily. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The food, both breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The swimming pool was very good. The WiFi was very good.
Great location beside the night market/river cruises & promenade. Definitely a quieter hostel but nice social/dining area downstairs. We booked a private room which was perfect and had everything we needed :) the rooftop pool was amazing as well as the food in the restaurant (breakfast/lunch/dinner), the Passionfruit shakes are 10/10! Laundry/transport/extending your stay can all be done easily with the staff in reception :) Would definitely stay again!
Lovely hotel, clean rooms, very helpful staff The breakfast is really good, offers a large variety of food including French and khmer specialties We also tried the restaurant for dinner. It offers traditional khmer cuisine and it was the best beef lok lak we had in Cambodia! We should also underline the breathtaking view of the city and royal palace that the restaurant has! We highly recommend it
