Amazing stay. Highly recommended! Truly a treat! Room, facility, bathing area - staff, service, food - just a perfect, wonderful, blissful 2 nights! The dinner was spectacular, served in our room with a yummy sake tasting. If you need to relax for a couple of days - this is your spot!
Lovely traditional Japanese house, the owner was lovely and the guest house has a really nice social atmosphere so it was interesting to meet lots of other guests. The bed was comfy and there was lots of space for luggage. Good location
Huge variety at breakfast including fruits which is rare. The breakfast area is sizeable compared to some other toyoko inn that we have stayed in.
Staff very helpful and accommodating. Good breakfast except for runny eggs. Dinner excellent with many choices.
The host was very friendly and open for chatting. Even though we came to Hagi before check in time, we were able to store luggage and check at the convenient time. The place was clean and spacious, we loved the interior design. It was a stay in a temple inn with all the basic amenities provided but naturally limited access to electronics. Besides, we’re glad we’ve tried the art of calligraphy with the host.
As all Dormy Inns that I stayed, the supper is very nice especially in a cold weather and after the hot onsen bath. The receptionists had been very helpful and smiley even though they were flooded with a lot of visitors at the same time.
The location was very good. We were visiting Hiroshima Peace Garden and Museum but stayed with you in Yamaguchi. The staff was exceptional (helping us with dinner reservations, serving meals and tending to our room, etc.).
Immaculate with great attention to detail and comfort. Lovely innkeeper even offered to pick me up at the train station! I will be staying here again.
Beautiful, peaceful room with garden view/access. Opted for half-board with traditional dinner and breakfast - great food and great value for money. Onsen on site. Staff were all very friendly.
The twin room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner was superb, even though the choice was limited to 3 set courses. Breakfast was a mix of Japanese and Western buffet. The location is great, with views of Kintaikyo from the restaurant.
