The bathroom is quite huge. The room is also really clean. There are so many restaurant surrounding the hotel, so it is really comfortable to find some restaurant to eat. We totally like the hotel and also we will come back next time.

The hotel was at a very calm part of Tokyo, it was really nice to go back there after the loud city. I had a special request and the staff were really helpful with it. The room was very clean, it had a smart tv with netflix and youtube and all the needed the necessities. They were kind enough to borrow me a EU plug converter as well for the power outlet. We had a great time, thank you very much!

The room was very clean and the futons were very comfortable for a sound sleep. The owner arranged for us a smooth late self check in (we arrived from the airport around 23:00). Also the location is very convenient as it is within walking distance from Akihabara and Ueno.

Objekat KIKI HOUSE smešten je u Tokiju, a u ponudi ima smeštajne jedinice sa sopstvenim terasama. A lot of people were complaining about the location it really wasn’t too bad. I felt if you wanna see the real Tokyo it’s nice to be in a real non tourist area. Lots of stores nearby that were super helpful. And the station is right there when you need it. You only take one line the Asakusa line it pretty gets you the whole way to all the great spots. This place was a perfect fit for someone looking to budget but have a nice space. The downstairs was so nice to have the extra room.

The location was great, right near a train station making it easy to navigate the city. The room is very small, as most are in Japan but we thought it added to the experience, there was enough room to move around and store our luggage comfortably. The shower pressure was great, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony was nice. There is a washing machine and the bathroom has a drying heater so you could do laundry. Overall the room was great.

Alex was an outstanding receptionist who went above and beyond our expectations to assist us. She was kind and compassionate, ensuring our stay was very pleasant and filled with lasting memories. The room we stayed in exceeded our expectations, featuring three comfortable beds and being relatively large compared to other Tokyo hotels in the same price range. The bathroom, with a newly refurbished bath, shower, and toilet, was impeccably clean. The hotel had an elevator to access higher floors. The subway was about a 10-minute walk away, conveniently on the same line that takes you to the teamLab Borderless complex and Ueno Station.
