Inatori
Situated in Inatori, 43 km from Shuzen-ji Temple, 湊庵 赤橙 -so-an sekitou- features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Located around 46 km from Shuzenji Niji no Sato, the inn with free WiFi is also 200 metres away from Inatori Hachiman Shrine. Guests can enjoy garden views. No onsen but you can enjoy a bath in the bathroom This bnb has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 huge living room. It is not near the sea but near the inatori station. Actually I think this bnb is best for a family with two children or for friends of 4. Then you can order 2 rooms( thus the entire bnb) and feel free to have parties using the living room and the kitchen. I was solo traveler and the other guest in the other room is the same. Me and the other guest kept everything quiet and went out early went back late lol kind of wasting the facilities this house offered.
Iwata
Tabist IWATA Station Hotel offers free WiFi throughout the property and rooms with air conditioning in Iwata. The property is around 15 km from Shizuoka Stadium ECOPA, 3.6 km from Yamaha Communication Plaza and 13 km from Hamamatsu Station. The inn features family rooms. It's a simple but clean and comfortable hotel. Crew is friendly. We were visiting some parents therefore we stayed in the hotel just to sleep and have shower which worked really well. There is no parking in the hotel but the are several paid parking just in front and nearby with accessible price. There is also the main metro line down the street. I recommend to the ones who needs to visit the city and don't want to spend a lot in hosting.
Ito
Set in Ito, within 29 km of Shuzen-ji Temple and 43 km of Mount Daruma, arts-inn アーツイン 伊豆高原天然温泉旅馆 艺家 offers accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Guests can use the hot tub and the hot spring bath, or enjoy garden views.
Shimoda
The units are fitted with a fridge, microwave, a kettle, a shower, a hairdryer and a desk. Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and free toiletries, all rooms at the inn have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms have a balcony.
The room was clean and tidy. We had a private onsen that was your own private oasis. The staff and facilities were exceptional. They had a library room, a coffee room that has an alcoholic touch in the evenings. The place is truly underrated, the kaiseki dinner and breakfast was devine and very filling!
The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She tried her very best to introduce to you the property in English. You can feel the hospitality. The breakfast and dinner were delicious.

It was very pleasant to immerse in the atmosphere of a Japanese village. In front of the house, there's a BBQ area where you can grill dinner and chat around the campfire. There is a good shower and toilet. There's a wide selection of rental bicycles. The location is very convenient with many attractions nearby.

It looks quite old and worn out from outside, but it’s very clean and tidy inside. It’s right next to the beach so it’s very convenient if you like swimming. The staff there are all very nice and friendly. They’ll try their very best to introduce the hotel to you in English. The dinner and breakfast are excellent. We got abalone and crab and sashimi for dinner. They’re very fresh and tasty. I’ll definitely come back.
This is an old school Ryokan, the building is well kept but you can feel that it is old and authentic. The meals were excellent (both dinner and breakfast) and were served in the room, which has its pluses but is also a little strange as there is staff in your room early in the mornings. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The outside onsen is beautiful and is accessed with a fenicular which is a fun experience. We arrived with a baby and we had a great experience.
The guest house was warm and charming as if I was at home. On the 1st floor was a cafe & art bar. Very nice ambiance and the owner made me feel at peace. I really enjoyed eating dinner and having a good drink specially made by her. Not to mention I had the most amazing conversations. I will definitely be staying at this guest house again.
