The bathroom was huge by Japanese standards, with a separate bathtub/shower area. Everything was really clean, the location was close to dotonbori, and we were able to leave our luggage there before and after our stay.

Quite a small apartment, but still enough space and facilities for a family of four. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Also, the friendly service and the hospitality of the hosts, Yukio and Keiko, made us feel right at home, and all the information we possibly could think of was provided on arrival or in folders in the apartment. All in all, a very good place in a nice neighbourhood at a very affordable price. We will definately stay here again if ever coming back to Osaka. Great value for money!

Close to Minato station (2-4minutes walk), and 30 minutes from downtown/ Nambai station. The family mart next to the station can forward your luggage with Yamato. The host Kei-san was very accommodating with my check in time, which changed drastically as I missed the last train to Osaka. The space itself was so cozy, well kept, and clean. So many decorations to look at. The price is unbeatable and the beds are firm but honestly that’s how I prefer it. I chose the balcony space, and it was nice to stand outside and watch the train roll by and to dry your laundry. There is a washing machine with detergent available, and a coin laundry nearby. Bathroom is shared but shower and toilet are separate so there was never really much of a wait time. Internet was good. Location was good. Restaurants were close by. Really no downside if you’re looking for a quiet place that’s affordable and friendly. People come and go but mostly keep to themselves and are very polite. I stayed for 5 nights and felt very sad to go. Will recommend this is everybody who wants to stay in a quiet neighborhood while near Osaka :)

Với sân hiên, FL House 浪花町 nằm ở trung tâm Osaka và cách Nozaki Park chưa đến 1 km. For Japan, it was a good amount of space for us. We had 3 people, but it was definitely enough space for 6 people to sleep. Although, it only has one shower/bath, which is on the first floor, but having two toilets definitely made it better. The place was clean and they gave very clear instructions how to get there. I appreciated that they had it in English as well with pictures. Checking in was easy. The beds were comfortable, and the dining area was spacious. We also appreciated the laundry machine there even if it’s smaller than we’re used to. It was a great base when we also travelled outside of Osaka to other cities. The location was the best part. Very close to local shops, groceries, and the train station, yet it was in a quiet neighborhood. It was also close to a Yamato Transport store, so it was nice to pick up and drop off our luggage there when we were traveling all over the place. We really liked the aesthetics too. Clean but warm and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a great value, especially after staying in hotels where the rooms are much smaller and there’s no place to congregate, since we had to split rooms.

The neighbourhood was good, the location was convenient, the room was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. If I visit Osaka one more time, I will definitely stay here again.

Nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Osaka Station, Umeda, Yodoyabashi, Hommachi, Osaka, 2nd inn nằm cách Herbis Plaza 2 phút đi bộ, Jizoji Temple 400 m và Octopus Pine 6 phút đi bộ. It was pretty close to the Osaka station. So if you're coming in from either the airport or from Shinkansen, it's easy to get to. Surrounding area is also really nice with a lot of high rise towers and shopping areas. Hanshin Tigers store is also nearby if you are a big fan of baseball. Staff also let me check in early which was a nice touch. I think it was probably because it was a less busy day? But I wouldn't expect it at all times.
