Awsome apartment with the most friendly staff we have ever met! the apartment was big and clean, very comfortable and big bathroom. It was in a great location to explore the area. we like that the coffee shop was really next to us, and we could enjoy fresh coffee and juice every morning 😊 There are no stairs outside and inside the apartment, so it was very accessible with big luggage. Definitely would like to come again!

Also the host was very kind and cooperative. We did late check in which was also smooth and the food was also good. Host also offered us complimentary ride to the nearest station. Also gave us apples on our way back. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

It was very clean and modern it was also very close to the ski resort. The owners were very kind and attentive.

First Tracks Madarao has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Iiyama. Mick and Sarah and their staff were fantastic hosts. We felt like we were visiting old friends. We were lucky to arrive just before a huge snowfall, so when we woke up on our first morning, the snow was piled up and ready for playing. Everyone was very accommodating of our needs and helpful with finding snow gear for our kids. The food was wonderful and we had a really leisurely relaxing couple of days in the snow.

Had a delightful 2-night stay at Koguma no ie during a Nozawa ski trip. The location could not be better. Strap on your skis at the front door and you're a 30-second cruise to the chairlift. It is a short and easy walk to the center of town. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The owners were incredibly kind and prepared a great breakfast every morning. The bath at the end of a cold day was a very special treat! Adorable spot at a great value. Will be back!
