Lovely breakfast , great selection of coffees and a brand new coffee machine to enjoy cappuccinos. There is a small library and nice sitting room to enjoy a good read on rainy days. Would definitely stay again.

it was like stepping into a little green haven! So quiet, surrounded by countryside and donkeys, Geese anc Chickens. Just lovely!

The guest house was simple and really pleasant. We travelled as a group of cyclists and the staff helped accommodate our bikes without question and the restaurant was great for a delicious dinner.
The room was a good size, very private and quiet. There were only six rooms in the Guest house and we never saw any other guest. The old iron elevator was fun but as we were only on the first floor, generally took the winding staircase. The street was quiet - no traffic noise at night and there were plenty of options for dinner in the surrounding area.
The location was great - close to the Colosseum and Forum areas and a short walk to Termini Station. The room was clean and very comfortable. It is a good example of what a guest house should be. The breakfast at a time of your choosing is a great innovation by Maria. Maria’s warm mess and assistance was also valued
The person who is in charge of the Guest house was very helpful from beginning to end. We received great recommendations for local restaurants and we were able to move around in town easily thanks to their explaination of the public transport. The guest house is in a nice neighborhood.
This is a wonderful clean, comfortable, historic inn in a perfect location, central to anything and everything. I feel very at home and welcome here!
The first is its location. If you like to walk around the city, most of the touristic sites in Rome are within walking distance. Actually, I didn’t need a bus ticket. In addition, there are many good restaurants just behind the guest house, so you can have a relaxing time at dinner. The second is its terrace. You can own your Roman sky when you get free biscuit and coffee for the breakfast!
It was close to the beach, with a wonderful experience in a small town that is more than 2,000 years old. I loved the piazza nearby and had dinner there every night. I specifically recommend Taverna il Tiesto. The food was wildly good. I went every night and was recommended good food and great places to go in the day.
Amazing location, close to a train station and one of the best restaurants in Trastevere (La Tavernaccia)! Host was extremely accomodating and shared some local tips with us upon arrival. Bonus tip - There is a laundry place close to Guest House called "Lavasciuga Roma" where they washed and folded our clothes for €7 a big bag! Pick up within 3 hours, but they open till 9pm so you can always pick up after a day of wandering around Rome :)
Great guest house. Good location close to the subway and good restaurants. Overall good impression of the dinning room, the room itself was amazing. Also liked the service and friendliness.
