Great experience, even though we were there for 7 hours only..they allowed us to checkin early...helped us with doctor for my kid... car service etc...
The staff was extraordinary. At reception and Other too. Specially Staff Deepali and Sumit both service greet us very Well during our Breakfast and Dinner. The rooms were fully equipped with fantastic view. The pool was clean. We loved our stay at the Hyatt.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay
Breakfast was good. But it was same breakfast everyday. Since I stayed for 6 days both meals breakfast and dinner were repeating again and again. On 3 different nights they made special ordered meals for us at no extra charge. So that was great. But overall meals were delicious and live food was amazing. Servers were exceptional!
Close to airport and free shuttle to golden temple. Breakfast and dinner was good. Nice pool and sun loungers. Staff very polite and helpful
Had one night to stay in Amritsar just to visit the Golden Temple and I couldn't have stayed in a better hotel. It is moder and very clean. Friendly staff. The hotel room was big in comparison to other hotels. A big sofa and a working table with chair all strategically placed. Bed was comfortable and TV good sized and well placed. Well equipped mini bar. Bathroom was very clean. For dinner I ordered food and room servicr was quick and meal was hot. Food Quality was lavish, no complaints. Will always chose this place if I come here again.
The room and bathroom were neat and clean. Room was comparatively smaller, but okay in this price. Behavior of staff was good. Had lunch and dinner, both were okay.
I am very impressed with the quality of service I received and the food was very tasty. Keep it up Anntilia Inn.
The staff denied ordering a-la-carte menu for dinner as the buffet was served. My family did not wish to eat and didn't intend to spend money on buffet because we only wanted to eat a little meal. The staff said that ordering outside of buffet is not desirable and would take minimum 30 mins for preparation.
