At the inn, all rooms include a desk, bed linen and a balcony with a lake view. With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and slippers, rooms at Kings Houseboats also have a mountain view. All guest rooms feature a wardrobe. It was a great experience in King's houseboat. The houseboat was well decorated and maintained. The view was mesmerising. I must say, the hospitality received from the uncle and his son the owner's of this place is beyond expectations and I am very much thankful to them for taking effort and making our trip a better one.

A tranquil place good scenic beauty from room as well as from garden. Room is spacious with nice bathroom. A common dinning area with nice view was topping in the trip.
The room was lovely. It was perfectly spacious with a good bathroom. The bed was comfortable and much needed. The staff were pleasant and communicative. The food while limited was perfectly pleasant both for dinner and breakfast. Private car park with gate was safe for our motorbikes. I can safely say this was good value for money, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place while touring Nubra.
The hotel is excellent in terms of location, Rooms and Services perfect👌. For dinner we opted for Kashmir thalli and it was a over dose of local food 👌. All in all worth the money, away from the crowd.
The guest house is equipped with great fittings. Rooms are great and have superior finishing. The hosts are really helpful and would listen to your concerns and resolve them promptly. The food is also a plus point. We had dinner for one and really enjoyed every bite of it. I totally recommend this for family and group of friends.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of guest House. Everything about the Guest House was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
It is a pretty good guest house for a very discounted price. So if you don't want any fancy room but a simple place to stay you will be absolutely satisfied! Guaranteed! Friendly and helpfull staff. City center not far even on foot (10 minutes). Cheap breakfast end dinner available at flexible times. Hot shower. Cozy bed. What else needed?
One of the memorable moments spend with sahil and his family love you all and sahil provides transport in very low price and sahil and his father yousuf provide best service sahil also arrange shikaar ride to dal lake in very cheap price . One of the best experience in alamdar guest house and the way they treat me and my friends it is memorable I cannot forget how they help me thanks Sahil and his family for a great memories and also sahil invites us in his house for dinner thanks for everything
