Rice Quality was not good at dinner
Rooms were clean, kitchen and equipments were available. reasonable rates. The location is not far away from Railway station. Dinning table and sofa available. AC was working well. The electric buttons were given names to identify light, fan etc
Good wholesome spread at breakfast..Staff at the restuarant was very good. Ms Moromi was exceptional. The dinner buffet was always of a very high standard..The lobby is generally quiet and the staff very helpful

The ambience is amazing, 24/7 room service, the restaurants are beautifully located within the premises, there's pool, spa and gym access. Manasa one of the wait staff at the Lotus was absolute picture of hospitality - she was there both nights when I showed up for dinner quite late and was absolutely attentive and pleasant.
The room and the dinning room are not clean at all. I have seen cockroaches in the breakfast area and also in the room for which I feel very bad and can’t able to stay properly
Great location, very comfortable space, jabardast food test breakfast n dinner. My family was so much happy. My kid's wanted to visit again and again
Location very good, cleanliness this time was spot on especially the wash rooms , staff very courteous and helpful, great service and facilities for guests, good restaurants and bar and dinning facilities too. Staff promptly asked for any laundry as well . Transport facilities available too.
