Had one dinner in dining room. Excellent both for service and food Breakfast a good selection on the menu. Room was good.
The Hotel is very central,there is a cinema across the road ,It has a playroom for all ages ,It’s not far from the city or the beaches .The food is outstanding absolutely gorgeous food ,We went down for dinner and it was just mouth watering couldn’t fault anything about the food .

Lovely welcoming guest house, location was perfect for us. Nice little walk along river to main pubs and restaurants, but also far enough away from the crowds when needed.
Beautiful place, close to the bay and center, but at the same time calm and quiet. Vinny was a fantastic host - agreed to an earlier check-in, offered us great tips for the town, and we had a nice chat. The room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. Would be happy to come back!
Breakfast was excellent! We also had dinner there and dessert. Unforgettable apple pie that was baked in the hotel bakery!!!! Never had one so delicious and perfect in our lives before! Hotel staff, from front desk to cafe staff, was professional, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at Maldron Hotel Sandy Road Galway.
Fred is a great innkeeper! Beautiful place, comfy beds, super clean, great breakfast!
