The rooms are pleasantly rustically furnished. We especially liked traditional Irish breakfast on a terrace with a view to beautiful garden. The lady was extremely helpful and kind, we've got everything what we asked for. There is a train station nearby with good connections to Dublin.
We appreciated the hospitality and the kindness of the staff which has been really helpful both regarding suggesting places to visit and to have lunch/dinner and how to use public transport and the various connections. The position of the hotel is excellent, close to one of the city's main station and relative tram stop and to the airport shuttle stop, and to the city centre just on the other side of the river. The staff is outstandingly nice and welcoming.
Outdoor terrace, unit was huge. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Right out the door to Temple Bar and Gogarty's mussels with a pint of Guinness was the best I've ever had.
Room was great and breakfast dinner . Pool was great . Staff was friendly apart from one person . But all in all great 😊

Style, Comfort, Availability of facilities that I need: breakfast, dinner, safety, walking distance of Luas, Staff- they actually really make the difference. Such a calm, positive vibe always. This is so important.

The room was large, very clean and very comfortable. It's a Wetherspoons Pub so the drinks and food were cheap as long as you didn't mind the fact it was busy with locals. Service was terrific - breafast good and quick and they happily ordered us a taxi back to Dublin airport. At the price, for an airport overnight before flying to America, it was exceptional value. The Cock Tavern just down the road was great craic for a couple of pints before dinner.
