Boasting a garden, terrace and views of garden, Omah Guyub 2 is situated in Jarakan, 7.4 km from Museum Sonobudoyo. Andy and his family wlecomed us not just as guests but as part of their group of friends. They are all musicians and artists, so you get immediatly included in the best circle of people in Yogyakarta. Besides, their suggestions for what to do and see were always spot on. The village where the property is located is famous for its craftsmen, especially potters and basket makers, and there are plenty of wonderful places to see around. The place is a 15 min ride to the city on motorbike (very easy to get a Grab or Gojek for a couple of euros). The houses Andy built are beautiful and confortable, made with old carved wood pieces repurposed from other buildings. If you are interested in a off-turistic experience, I highly recommend staying here.

The staff definitely will make you feel home and have a family. She is so kind and helpful, try to accommodate your needs. I love the fact that they have a communal kitchen we can use. They also have a yoga shala where you can do your workout and stuff. Definitely will be back!

Struttura indonesiana con camera ampia e bagno sufficiente. I proprietari sono eccezionali. Ci hanno organizzato i tour per visitare ciò che volevamo vedere e ci hanno riportato in aeroporto alle 3 di notte preparandoci anche la colazione! Abbiamo usufruito anche della cena e devo dire che ho mangiato i migliori noodles della mia vita!
