The owner of the place is a wonderful person as well as the workers. He's our friend now. If we come again to Lombok. I will return to this place. He also make us a gili islands tour discount.

We had a warm welcome from Sofia. The bungalows were very clean and comfortable. We had a delicious dinner and saw the stars from her backyard. Amazing place, very well cared.

We stayed with a Sasak family which was lovely! They taught us how to cook some Lombok dishes and they were really nice. It was a unique experience!!! I would 100% repeat! They helped us with everything and made our stay perfect! There is no AC but you don’t need it at all. You are in the mountain so at night it cools. The food was amazing, please try the satay and the lombok satay. Basically, please try every dish!!! Best food I had in Indonesia. They walked with us in the jungle and we saw black monkeys! You have beautiful rice terraces in front of the homestay. It’s authentic and super local.

The guys from Houseboon are the best hosts in the world. They can sing, give tours, make pancakes and ricewine. Nice place to watch the sunrise from your bed. Also, its a great place to gamble 😉. Zoya Rinjani villa is situated in Sembalun Lawang, within 29 km of Tiu Kelep Waterfall and 30 km of Sindang Gila Waterfall. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. A nice and clean place, tasty breakfast and great conversations with Edi, the manager. They arranged for my transportation to and from the hotel. When arriving to Lombok, they picked me up. We stopped at a small restaurant, bought mangoes and watched a huge campaign caravan pass by. Edi showed me around and took me out for tips :) Recommended!
