For this service, they exceeded my expectation. The location is only 2-mins walk from Pulau Merah beach and it's near the local minimarket so you don't have to worry. Although the rooms and amenities are quite simple and old, but it was still comfortable. The room I booked has enough space for 2 persons and the small terrace is also nice for you just to sit down and enjoy the wind. For addition, their food wasn't disappointing too. It was nice to spend the night in their 'restaurant' area.
