The hotel is new and nice. Air-conditioned, modern, and clean. The people are very friendly there. Our dinner was great. Delicious meal, which was served very nicely. Wealthy breakfast. Overall I think it deserves more than 3 stars.
Both the breakfast and dinner buffet were included, and had a good range of dishes. I was more than impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. Everyone was always super friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.
Everything was very good, the staff more or less speaks English. Good selection of testy food for dinner.
Clean sheets and super comfortable bed. Very warm room, with a huge radiator next to the bed. Free parking. The restaurant closes around 20:30, so plan your check-in accordingly, if you wanna have your dinner there.

I'm really happy with my experience at Balneum Hotel. The staff is professional, the receptionists, the wellness staff, waiters/waitresses and room attendants, everyone. They're friendly, polite, helpful and well organised. The room was nice and tidy. I enjoyed the food at dinner and breakfast. There's a great selection of meals and drinks. I only stayed one night during my road trip, but I'll definitely book again in the future.
