With sweeping views of Meteora and the age-old plane trees, this traditional guesthouse enjoys a central location in the city of Kalampaka. Rooms have balconies with views of the rocks. Great location. Easy to get to, and to get around. Within walking distance of restaurants and the town square and yet quiet and idyllic. Room was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful rustic look and feel in its furnishings and a view of the Meteoras from the balcony. Hosts were wonderful. Drove down to the train station to pick us up on their own accord and provided us with a really useful map and tips on getting around the town and up to the Meteoras. And we really love Kalambaka. It has all the restaurants, cafes, tourist info centre etc that tourists would want but retains a wonderful small town vibe.

We had a sea view and saw dolphins swimming this morning. It's a good size room, good shower and really personally decorated. We love the cats and dogs pottering about.
