Facing the beachfront, Hotel Zannet offers 2-star accommodation in Parikia and has a garden, terrace and restaurant. Boasting a bar, the inn is close to several noted attractions, around 400 metres from Livadia, 1.5 km from Parikia Beach and 2 km from Marchello. The accommodation features room service and free WiFi throughout the property. This is a lovely little hotel right across from the beach and just a 5 minute walk to the port. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, my room had a balcony overlooking the bay, and the location was perfect for exploring Paros, which is an even nicer island than I'd expected, I think even greener than Naxos. I'm an American, and I like to stay in family owned and smaller hotels. Hotel Zannet far exceeded my expectations and is just an amazingly good deal. Book a nice room and stay there if you can!
Parikia
The inn will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms offering a desk, a kettle, a fridge, a stovetop, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a shower. Santanna White Houses offers some units with city views, and the rooms are equipped with a balcony. All guest rooms feature a wardrobe.
Great location and easy to drive to. Walking distance to Piso Livadi town and main area. This is very convenient at night time when you’re out for dinner in the area. Buffet breakfast was good enough, with good variety.
Hotel’s location is excellent. 2min away from the beach and all the tavernas and coffee shop. The bus stop is right outside the hotel if you plan on using public transportation which by the way it is very good and on time. The staff at the hotel are always very helpful and whatever you ask they will assist as best as they can.
We really enjoyed this resort, it is absolutely stunning and in a very convenient location (just outside of main Naoussa, which we liked as you're away from the traffic and crowds but only a 5 min drive to the main Naoussa area). The restaurant had the best breakfast buffet each morning (included - it was our favorite of all our islands resorts) and their lunch/dinner food were incredibly delicious and well-priced. The rooms are sizeable and ours had a huge outdoor patio (private) that was really nice. We would definitely go back!

The hotel is very good positioned, as it is close to the port and the center of Parikia (about 10 min walk), but on the other side near Livadia beach. Accommodations that are closer to the port don't have access to any beach. There are a lot of restaurants, tavernas nearby and bakery with great sandwiches and refresments just in the next street. Breakfast has all you need, and the owner of the hotel is very kind and ready to help always. Room was very spacy and beautifully decorated.
A fabulous location 500m from the Port in Parikia with many restaurants and tavernas to choose from for lunch and dinner. The staff, especially Dee, were very helpful and we were given insider information on what to see and do. Breakfast was simple, with everything you need to start the day.
Set away from the inland towns, we loved the sea and pool views from our terrace and how spacious the apartments are. The garden planting is lovely and well maintained, and there is lots of space and privacy. Just a 7 minute scooter ride from the luxe capital of Naousa for shopping, cocktails and dinners. Plus some cheaper tavernas close by. We’d recommend Blue Oyster restaurant which is walking distance and their beach for a quiet day. Also Monastiri beach bar and the walks to the lighthouse.
