The place is really amazing! I felt like I came to the summerhouse of my friends :) The owners, managers are very friendly and did everything for me to feel comfortable and cosy. The territory appeared even bigger than on the pictures - there are different cosy corners, where you can relax, including stunning pool area. You will also find everything you need in the room (cups, teapot, fridge etc) + there is common kitchen, where you can cook on your own or share with someone. There are also several nice tavernas not far from the hotel - you can have delicious food for reasonable prices. The room was cleaned twice during my 4 days stay. THIRES is a great place too stay if you are searching for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Lovely staff , lovely home made food , excellent location , very quite and just a short walk to beach and bars.

Andreas was super helpful, we got a free upgrade as a better room was available due to low season. Bed very, very comfy,powerful shower, tv with netflix, youtube and other platforms. Great value for money, literally few steps away from restaurant, the main shopping street and promenade. Could not recommend more!

Featuring free WiFi, Nerina Studios Agios Nikitas is set in Áyios Nikítas, 3 km from Kathisma Beach. Free private parking is available on site. A balcony or patio are featured in certain rooms. The location is perfect and it is very close to the center of Agios Nikitas and the best beaches in Lefkada. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.
