1885 the Venue - Pub, Restaurant, Rooms & Function House está en Halifax, a 7 km de Teatro Victoria y a 29 km de Centro comercial White Rose. More than world class hospitality, it was like family. We arrived very early in the morning after an overnight flight and were greeted with a warm smile and a key to our room which had been upgraded. That was quickly followed up with a lovely breakfast and beer. The grounds and view was so beautiful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We slept with the window open and there was zero noise from the street... so peaceful. I will absolutely stay here for future visits to this area.

Our welcome to this warm and inviting Inn was wonderful. Staff are just lovely. Our dinner, and included breakfast, was delicious.The size of the poached eggs were huge, apparently “the Rolls Royce of eggs” and I’d believe it! The big, fluffy white bath towels were a bonus too😊We couldn’t fault our stay. Thank you Mark and co you’re doing a great job of looking after weary travellers.
