Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Appreciated water in our room and toiletries. Breakfast and dinner were reasonable.

Good size room. Very basic but clean. Pub and garden were rustic charm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A good choice of breakfast dishes on menu ( just cereal on table, & juice.)
breakfast choice is ok. The staff in the dinning room and a bit touchy. The timing of breakfast various courses is disordanised with the cooked element being brought before cereals and fruit had been eaten. Coffee took about 10 minutes and arrived with the cooked element. They seem a bit chippy if you ask for a fruit juice refill.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Could not rate the chefs higher. Such attention given at breakfast and dinner to ensure difficult allergies were catered for, including custom made meals. A* Nice touch with birthday wishes and dessert put in room. Beds were comfy, well stocked with toiletries, teas coffees etc. Nice pool. Gorgeous grounds with the golf course. Plenty of deer.
So glad I booked - usually stay with Premier inn and Scarman was so much better
great staff and great place we have stayed here approx 5 times this year. the only thing was innkeepers head office was we cancelled a room for a night on free cancellation and innkeepers wont pay it back. but this has no reflection on the place or staff as they are great just head office keeping our money.
I have stayed at the Innkeepers Lodge previously and on all occasions I’ve been very pleased with the room and quality of cleanliness and friendly staff. The rooms are very quiet, on this visit my room overlooked a garden area, very pleasant. Thanks to everyone.
