Situated in Auchterarder, 11 km from Gleneagles, The Smiddy Haugh is a family-run business offering accommodation with a garden. Incredible! We had the best time staying at the Smiddy Haugh. The room was so comfortable, the amenities were great and the staff was so friendly and delightful. Thank you for the delicious breakfast!

Situated in the centre of the highland resort of Pitlochry, The Old Mill Inn is a 5-minute walk from Pitlochry rail station and many high street shops. Free parking is available on site. Superb hotel/inn. A home from home! Wonderful welcome, super friendly staff with excellent training. Beautiful rooms, crisp white bed linen, and fabulously comfy bed. Excellent organic shower products. The picture of the Inn doesn’t do it justice, the main entrance which is the original building is covered in ivy and flowers, stunning. Tucked away behind the Main Street it’s private, secluded but pulls a lively crowd due to its faultless restaurant. The best food we tasted on our entire trip of two weeks, reasonable prices, educated waiters … this place has it all. Highly recommend, will return in a flash!

On the banks of the River Tay, situated at the Grandtully rapids, this family-friendly inn is surrounded by scenic Perthshire countryside. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Dinner was delicious and breakfast equally so. Lovely location right on the River Tay

Set in Perthshire countryside, The Bankfoot is a cosy 18th-century Scottish inn. There is free Wi-Fi on site, and all rooms have flat-screen TVs with digital channels and DVD players. Absolutely everything… the staff, the property, the breakfast … absolutely everything!!!

Set in the rural region of Perthshire, the Meikleour Arms is located at the heart of the conservation village of Meikleour, well known for its impressive trees and salmon fishing. We stayed at The Stable Cottages. It was very clean and every nook and cranny was cleaned. The room was very spacious and much nicer than it looked in the photos. And the staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was convenient because you could basically eat dinner at any time. Breakfast was average. The grounds are very large and it was fun to walk around. We will definitely choose this hotel when staying in the area.

With a rural location in peaceful Glenfarg, The Bein Inn Hotel & Restaurant is also just 5 minutes' drive from the M90 motorway. Dinner was amazing most friendly family running it room was quiet and comfortable, breakfast vary wide choice we had the cooked Scottish was so tasty we are lookin forward to going there again great price too for what service was given

Ideally situated for exploring the Perthshire Highlands, the Moulin Hotel offers free WiFi, a restaurant serving home-cooked food and real ale produced in the hotel’s own micro brewery. Absolutely picturesque. The pub had great food and beer. All of the staff were kind and accommodating.We missed breakfast the next day because we slept in (breakfast is served until 9:30) but they were lovely, we ate from the buffet, and they gave us toast. The area outside the breakfast area is wedding worthy. I would stay here again and again.
