Situated 23 km from Lincoln University, The Lord Nelson Inn offers 4-star accommodation in Newark upon Trent and has a garden, a restaurant and a bar. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left there was a warm inviting atmosphere. The owners and staff were lovely.. The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. We had all the facilities we required. The bed was comfortable which added to having a good night's sleep. We eat there on both nights as the food was of such good quality and staff were very efficient and friendly.

Yorkshire tea, simply the best! Bed was comfortable and walk-in shower powerful. The best bit was the super friendly and kind service, best ever. I didn’t want to leave

In the heart of the historic village of Laxton, The Dovecote Inn is a charming traditional inn offering fine food and rooms that are spacious and full of character. Wi-fi is free. Lovely little b&b staff fantastic and very friendly room was great modern very comfortable bed big modern bathroom.Great continental breakfast served in the room with plenty of variety. The evening meal in the restaurant was great the best fish and chips ever would definitely stay again

With a traditional restaurant and real ale bar, Staunton Arms offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi. Great hotel on the way to York. We stayed overnight in what looks like a typical English inn: the pub on the ground floor which serves great food both inside and in the terrace. Our accommodation was huge, with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, we also found the play station with numerous games for the happiness of my two children. The staff are friendly and helpful despite my poor English ... great freshly prepared breakfast. If you are looking for a hotel in this area you could not make a better choice ...

Set in Misson, 18 km from Eco-Power Stadium, Angel Inn Misson offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. I arrived at Halloween Saturday night at the Angel Inn Misson and was warm welcome with nice full families kids party. I would join to the party with drinks but was too tired of my work and went to the bed. Andi, the owner was very nice and kind man. He helped me a lot like he gives me lift to the next village to get the bus to Doncaster because I was struggle to find a cab next day. I strongly recommend that place. Its quiet with clean green sitting area for a drink.
