The King Room at the Darlington Arms was nothing short of spectacular – it felt like staying in a royal palace! The attention to detail was incredible, from the luxurious bedding to the stunning decor that made me feel like I was living in a dream. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine! It was a feast fit for royalty, with every dish bursting with flavor and care. I could barely believe I wasn’t still dreaming! Truly an unforgettable experience.

No breakfast offered. Only tea coffee and biscuits. Rooms were very small, not much room to move around. 10 minute walk to the Darlington Arms for dinner turned out to be more like 25 minutes but good food at the pub.

Absolutely lovely little guest house within close proximity of the beach and around a 10min walk to the town along beach side.
Breakfast and dinner were superb, great choice and very fresh. Beautiful decor inside and out and there is a wonderful outdoor dining area. It's extremely clean everywhere. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. We loved our stay!
Perfect location for an early flight out of Bristol airport. We were greeted by very friendly reception staff, the room was clean and comfortable, shower was fantastic and dinner simple but tasty.
When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and offered a complimentary drink of our choice. The room was beautiful and clean. We loved the toiletry products and the fact that there were sealed bottles of water in our room. We had recently stayed in a pub which was only slightly cheaper and the Swan Inn was far superior. The food was good quality and the service was excellent. The verandah and gardens are very pretty, set in picturesque countryside and a quiet location.
Sunday breakfast between 6_10 ,got back to hotel 5 in the evening breakfast was still laid out hot day milk juice croissants. Went out for dinner came back 1030 breakfast still laid out, does not earn 5 hygiene standard more like minus 5.
Such a welcoming guest house. Beautiful room, comfy bed, the lay out of the room was really thought out. Lovely breakfast in the conservatory.
I liked that the staff were friendly, my partner and I would always be asked how our day was when arriving back at the guest house. Other guests/ customers of the inn were also very friendly. A highlight of the stay was listening to a group that were singing in the smoking area of the inn.
