The Inn on Loch Lomond

Luss

On the banks of Loch Lomond, this Traditional Inn offers classic style rooms within the main building.

Guests can enjoy The Inn Bar & Restaurant, along with beautiful loch views. There is Wi-Fi throughout the Main Inn although some public areas are limited. The view from the room was peaceful and amazing, giving straight on the Loch Lomond. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, the arrangement for a Prosecco bottle on arrival was waiting for us as asked. The bed was super comfy as well. The staff was really friendly, they even helped us with some complementary rolls & coffee to take away, as we were leaving really early to hit the road, and couldn't be there during breakfast hours. I will absolutely recommend.

Oak Tree Inn

Balmaha

Standing in the shade of a magnificent 500-year-old oak tree, this traditional bar/restaurant is ideal for those wishing to escape from the rush of modern day life. The non-smoking inn is adjacent to the West Highland Way and is ideal for walkers. After a long day spent exploring the region’s magnificent scenery and breathing in the invigorating fresh air, you can satisfy your hard-earned hunger with a delicious meal. Food is served all day and the bar has a cosy, welcoming atmosphere and a real log fire. Really lovely venue. Local pub vibe but with nice cosy rooms. I stayed in one of the pods and it was warm, safe and secure with good parking outside. The restaurant on site you can book a table in is cosy and there is table ordering if your Sat outside. There is a shop and coffee shop on site as well. Very easy to locate and almost directly on the loch so you can easily start a hike from the venue out round the lake. Overall a great stay and would recommend for a get away. Fantastic staff as well, felt very looked after.
