The Fountain Inn overlooks the River Medina and has harbour views from its al fresco dining area. It offers free Wi-Fi, a good breakfast and live music on most Friday and Saturday nights. Very convenient location. Simon was amazing and helped me carry my heavy suitcase upstairs. He also brought my meal to my room. The cleaning lady was lovely.

The Birdham at Bembridge is located in Bembridge on the Isle of Wight, a short ferry journey from mainland UK, 33 km from Southampton and 12 km from Portsmouth. Guests can enjoy the on-site gastropub.... The staff at The Birdham are the best thing about The Birdham!! They are absolutely brilliant and a real credit to the hotel! The food is also exceptional.

The garden terrace area overlooking the Solent has been expanded since I was last there and is now almost tripled in size. The food menu has also been expanded and is good value for money.
