Staff were great, Beer was fantastic (Camra member so always going to be good!) food was really interesting, and very tasty, rooms were really nice. A wonderful REAL pub with rooms, in a great location. Not overly fussy, not shiny and new. Just a proper country pub. (I also rather like the wandering and very friendly pub dogs.) Got up early so thought I would miss breakfast, but was met by Andrew and asked if I would like a bacon sandwich to take with me. Amazing! Really cannot fault it. My kind of place!

Datado de 1600, o The Three Tuns está situado com vista para o Castelo de Chepstow. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous! And the staff were all incredibly friendly. Would definitely stay here again, if I’m back in this area.

In the Monmouthshire countryside, The Newbridge on Usk has an a la carte restaurant and stunning river views. This characterful country inn offers luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi and on-site parking. The rooms were bigger and newer than expected. The food is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

O Lamb & Flag está situado no sopé do poderoso Pão de Açúcar, perto da movimentada cidade de Abergavenny, na entrada para o belo Parque Nacional Brecon Beacons. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant. Very warm and toasty in winter. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Lamb and Flag Inn. Ended up staying an extra night.
