Very friendly staff, in particular the lady who served dinner on Thursday and Friday evening and our breakfast on Saturday. . Accessible to where we needed to be. Very spacious room and comfortable bed.
Lovely small friendly hotel, clean rooms, good location. Fantastic breakfast included in the price. We had a dinner at their restaurant, great steaks cooked the perfection. We'll be back....

I couldn’t fault this property, was such a lovely little cottage and has everything you need. It was close to so many amazing walks, we did Pen Y Fan and Four Waterfalls Walk which were amazing. However, the restaurant/pub up the road called The Top House would highly recommend going to it as it was perfect, we only had drinks as no dinner reservations so I’d recommend booking but everyone was so friendly and lovely!
Had a warm and friendly welcoming as always this was my second stay at level inn will definitely be staying there again !
Extremely helpful staff. Locals were very friendly and willing to chat ; especially about rugby. Dinner was great and breakfast was exceptional. Would stay again. P.S. parking is simple , lots of space.
Fillet steak is awesome and the Guinness is nice. Great location for Bike Park Wales with a great hotel and bar. Live music too. 👍
It was very clean, with a comfortable nicely sized room. The food was delicious and very generous (dinner at the pub, and breakfast the following morning) and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Would recommend!!
