Staff very friendly and courteous. We actually arrived 2hrs early so decided to have a bite to eat in the bar whilst waiting for our room. No sooner had we ordered when one of the staff told us our room was ready which was great! Room lovely, everything looked new. Absolutely spotless!

Everything was wonderful - the hotel itself, the location, the staff, so friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful. A wonderful vibe as soon as you walk in - we came in by way of the pub, but there is a different entrance too. Amazingly quiet at night, didn't hear anything. A real neighbourhood, in Wimbledon Village, across from Wimbledon Common, about 12 minutes walk downhill to the tube station, or a short bus ride. Fabulous place. Lots of television stations, a bathtub.

The Kings Arms Hotel is steeped in history and looking over Hampton Court Palace to one side and the Bushy Park on the other. Excellent location. Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast

Our room was small but really nice and clean, and very quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and we also enjoyed the pub itself :-) The surrounding area offers quite some food options (cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets). We enjoyed our stay!

Our smaller room was just big enough but so beautifully fitted out and so well thought out that we were totally impressed and happy there. Loved the brilliant shower and fog free mirror! The staff in the pub are all super friendly and the food was very very good. We were really glad we couldn't fit into the family home so we got a chance to experience this all round lovely venue.
