Very friendly personal and quarters to feel comfortable. We liked the existing coffee and hot chocolate powders on the desk. Especially the breakfast was funny and delicious with this nice cook :-)

Just how wonderfully it had been restored with up to date comforts and amazing en-suite with super cool barn doors and sash windows you can open!!! We slept like babies in the bed after a lovely meal in the restaurant and woke up refreshed before having showers to our next stop - will definitely recommend to everyone and eat/stay again. What a fantastic place, decor , facilities , food all to a very high standard. Lost of history dating back to 1500s. Floor tilting which all adds to the character. Shower room excellent to a very high standard. Food in the restaurant was amazing can’t wait to visit again. Great menu. Room very quiet, overlooking the church gardens.
