The staff were wonderful — friendly, professional and unfailingly helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the dinner we had at the Michelin Star rated restaurant was really a gastronomic tour de force!

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Rue Masséna, the main touristic street, with restaurants open until 10-11pm. The shared kitchen is also much better than we expected. The shared fridges are individual and clean, and close with keys, so there's no risk of theft. There are also plenty of them. The shared kitchen is kept very clean (with guests cleaning well after themselves) and the other guests were very polite and respectful. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.
