Located in a natural setting, just 1 km from Les Rouges-Eaux, Auberge de la Cholotte is surrounded by a flowered garden with a pond. The locality was amazing. Excellent home-made food. Great service from Patrick and the ladies supporting the place, who make you feel at home.

Located in Tendon, 18 km from Gérardmer Lake, auberge de la Poirie provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Covered parking for our motorbike was a bonus, esp. since we had overnight rain showers. The piece of meat for my main course at dinner was about the tenderest I've tasted - and cooked exactly a point. It's a pity that the other parts of the meal didn't live up to this high standard.
