Centrally located in Vevey, at the Market Place and Old Town and just 30 metres from Lake Geneva, Guest House Le Charlot offers modernly furnished rooms and a coffee bar on site serving local wines and sandwiches made of regional products. View, comfortable bed, big rooms. The host Julien was most accommodating. We were early and it was raining quite bad, he let us in early to drop off our luggage.

Beautiful part of the world where the staff were very accommodating even though there was a hitch with the booking.

Location was perfect - quick walk to the bus stop and not far from central Geneva Breakfast was a buffet so fast, basic but tasty. Perfect for a business trip. Dinner (pasta) was passable but very quick The room was perfect for one person, enough space for my bags, large bathroom, pretty sound proof.
Superior Queen rooms were so beautiful, clean and elegant. Breakfast buffet and dinner was delicious, with good variety of food types to choose from. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They gave us advice on where to go and how to use the very convenient public transit system. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.
Dinner was very good and we met some pleasant people to talk with. Breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It’s location was very nice near the lake.
It was easy to walk into town to have dinner. The hotel served a traditional breakfast for the area which got us off to a good start each morning.

Excellent place to stay, safe, clean, close to public transport, excellent cooking and dinning facilities, loved the washing machine and dryer, supermarket downstairs, free coffee machine, free water and outstanding staff who did everything possible to make our stay amazing. Staff gave advice on places to see and eat out. Best staff in our stay in 8 European countries.
Stayed one night at beginning of holiday and had all good experience except booked breakfast with room as still stated on booking.com then got charged £50 for breakfast and was told to sort it out with booking.com. not impressed then stayed two nights at end of holiday and the staff were terrible. Room was not what we booked then although staff English was excellent when things were right they made out they didn't understand when things were wrong.
The room has a well stocked bar fridge. Bathroom/ room very clean. Service was great. Restaurant is lovely, the food was very tasty. Had breakfast and dinner twice. I missed out on the omelette, as I forgot about it. As for the chef, I hope this hotel appreciates the amazing food that is being made in their kitchen...from salads, to soups, to vegetable, to steaks! Wow!
Very lovely chalet with a lovely, cosy, rustic feel. Great pool and lovely dinner and breakfast. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and really made our stay.
