Beautiful place, very clean, good big sauna on the lake. Good breakfast, In old finnish house.

. + sauna (free of charge when we stayed); + walking distance to Oulu, free bikes were also available but we decided to do a nice walk instead; + free street parking only, but close by (follow host's instructions); + labels around the apartment in both English and Finnish and even few pictograms were a pleasant surprise! + winter garden perfect for relaxing after sauna; + bathroom with shower, wash-basin, toilet, washing machine and dryer; + another separate toilet with a wash basin (limited hours)

Excellent breakfast! I really liked the 'local touch' and specialities which was present also dinner time. All staff, reception, restaurant, was courteous, friendly and smiling.

The location in very center, close to the railway station and services. The buffet breakfast was indeed outstandingly good – nothing fancy, but generous and tasty Finnish brekky. Instructions for the check-in were clear and staff very friendly and informative when arriving. Equipped room with fridge, plates, cups, forks, microwave oven etc. was very practical.

The room was nice and had all we needed. Breakfast good and the dinner was especially delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was good, but especially if you want to explore that specific area, because it is quite remote compared to other places.

Appartment is in quiet area and in a new building with elevator. Room was clean and well equiped with all the necessities for cooking up dinner and breakfast.

Easy communication with owners, quiet location, luxury design and comfort. Our best location during the last 10 Finnish stays.
