Ideally located in the Centro district of Madrid, Arte i Espacio Home is set less than 1 km from Gran Via Metro Station, a 1-minute walk from Plaza de España Metro Station and less than 1 km from... Perfect location, can't be better. Clean room. Self check inn/out was easy with instructions provided by host. I read some reviews where some people complain that toilet seat and bathroom is only separated from rest of the room by some paravan, which is true, but I didn't see this as any problem. Last day we left our luggage in property which was very convenient but you need to know that luggage stay in part of hallway locked with bike lock to wall so better to lock your suitcase. But it was fine.
